With a svelte mountain-inspired frame, disc brakes, flat bars, striking graphics and stylishly crafted tubing, it combines the stability and strength of a mountain bike with the nimbleness and light weight of a city bike.   Please have assembled by a professional bicycle mechanic.  Failure to do so could result in injury or death and may void warranty.  Bicycles (when shipped) come partially assembled.  Bikes picked up in shop will be assembled.  See "Shipping, Returns & Assembly" on the information home page for further details.  Chips or scratches can occur during the shipping process (or during factory assembly).  Often times a chip(s) is small and can easily be touched up (touch up paint not included).  Unfortunately we will not refund or replace a bicycle due to chips, scuffs or scratches.  We also will not refund a customer (non professional bicycle mechanic) who is unsuccessful at building a bike on his/her own.  Down Cycles takes utmost care in packing your bike before shipping out to you.  Sometimes we disconnect brakes, grips, shifters and derailleur’s to better protect the bike from damage.  Shipping companies do not pay out for damage to a bikes finish (the claim will be made that item doesn’t qualify for insurance since it was not shipped with 4" of surrounding spray foam.  Interesting to note:  A box this size can only ship by truck).  Please call the shop if you're interested in purchasing when unable to add to our shopping cart.  Also call if you don’t see your size or preferred color listed.  (Parts Spec and color of bike and components are subject to change).  We will not refund bikes that don't match exactly the picture on our web site.  Bikes will be shipped insured and as a signed delivery.  All bikes advertised are new unless they are "demo/rental" bikes.
