The 2004 360 Modena is a 2-door, 2-passenger luxury sports car, or convertible sports car, available in 4 trims, ranging from the Berlinetta to the Spider F1.

Upon introduction, the Berlinetta is equipped with a standard 3.6-liter, V8, 400-horsepower engine that achieves 11-mpg in the city and 16-mpg on the highway. A 6-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard. The Spider F1 is equipped with a standard 3.6-liter, V8, 400-horsepower engine that achieves 10-mpg in the city and 16-mpg on the highway. A 6-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard.

The 2004 360 Modena is a carryover from 2003.
